Founded in 1982, TTEC designs, builds, and operates artificial intelligence-enabled customer experiences across live interaction channels and provides data-driven digital solutions to help clients improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue and profitability, and optimize cost to serve. The company serves over 720 clients across targeted industry verticals including financial services, healthcare, public sector, communications, technology, media, entertainment, travel and hospitality, automotive, and retail.

TTEC operates through two primary business segments. TTEC Digital functions as one of the largest customer experience technology and service providers, focusing on the intersection of Contact Center as a Service, Customer Relationship Management, and artificial intelligence and analytics. This segment comprises software engineers, systems architects, data scientists, and customer experience strategists who create and implement strategic customer experience transformation roadmaps and provide managed services for cloud platforms and premise-based technologies from partners including Amazon Web Services, Cisco, Genesys, Google, and Microsoft. TTEC Engage provides digital-first, artificial intelligence-enabled customer experience operational and managed services supporting large, complex enterprise clients' end-to-end customer interactions at scale. This segment delivers omnichannel customer care, customer acquisition, growth and retention services, technical support, fraud mitigation, and back-office solutions.

In fiscal 2025, TTEC generated total revenue of $2.137 billion, with TTEC Digital contributing approximately $469 million or 22 percent and TTEC Engage contributing $1.668 billion or 78 percent. The company operates across 22 countries on six continents with approximately 51,000 customer care associates, consultants, technologists, and customer experience professionals. The workforce is geographically distributed with 48 percent in Asia, 33 percent in North America, 9 percent in Central and South America, and 10 percent in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Approximately 50 percent of employees work remotely while 50 percent work onsite at the company's 54 global customer delivery centers.
