Unifi, Inc. (NYSE: UFI) is a multinational textile manufacturer headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, operating through its website at www.unifi.com. The company manufactures and sells innovative recycled and synthetic polyester and nylon products primarily to yarn manufacturers, knitters, and weavers that produce yarn and fabric for apparel, hosiery, home furnishings, automotive, industrial, medical, and other end-use markets.
Unifi operates three reportable segments organized by geography. The Americas Segment manufactures and sells recycled and synthetic textile products in the United States, El Salvador, and Colombia, serving North and Central American markets. The Brazil Segment operates manufacturing and sales facilities focused on the Brazilian market. The Asia Segment sources products from third-party suppliers and sells to customers in Asia and Europe through sales offices in China, Turkey, Hong Kong, and India. In fiscal 2026, REPREVE Fiber sales comprised 30 percent of consolidated net sales, representing the company's flagship recycled fiber brand.
The company's product portfolio includes partially oriented yarn, textured yarn, solution and package dyed yarn, twisted yarn, beamed yarn, draw wound yarn, recycled polyester staple fiber, polyester polymer beads, and nylon products in both virgin and recycled varieties. Unifi's primary raw material suppliers include NanYa for virgin polyester in the Americas and Reliance Industries for Brazil operations.
