Union Bank serves as a community bank offering full retail, commercial, municipal banking, and wealth management and trust services across northern Vermont and northern New Hampshire. The bank operates 18 branch banking locations, three loan centers, and multiple ATMs throughout its market area, with services also delivered via telephone, mobile devices, and online platforms. As of December 31, 2025, Union employed 195 full-time employees.
The company's primary revenue sources derive from interest and fees on loans and earnings on other investments. Core lending products include commercial loans for business purposes, commercial real estate loans on income-producing properties, SBA guaranteed loans, residential construction and mortgage loans, and municipal financing.
