What UPEXI, INC. does
In the company’s own words
Upexi, Inc. (Nasdaq Capital Market) operates as a digital asset treasury company with a secondary consumer products business. The company's website is located at upexi.com.
The company's primary focus is managing a cryptocurrency portfolio concentrated in Solana tokens, with the objective of generating yield through staking activities. Early in 2025, Upexi shifted its cash management strategy to hold digital currency assets directly on its balance sheet rather than maintaining funds in traditional FDIC-insured accounts. Under this treasury strategy, the company stakes approximately 95 percent of its Solana holdings with multiple validators to earn staking rewards while maintaining control of the assets through qualified custodians, primarily BitGo Trust Company and Coinbase. As of June 30, 2026, the company held approximately $165.3 million in Solana treasury value at its primary custodian. The company intends to utilize capital markets issuances and purchase locked Solana at discounts to build its digital asset treasury further.
Beyond its digital asset operations, Upexi maintains a consumer products business as a brand owner specializing in health and wellness products. The company owns several brands including LuckyTail, a pet care product line featuring nail grinders and grooming products; PRAX, an energy drink brand utilizing paraxanthine as an alternative to caffeine; and Cure Mushrooms, which produces functional mushroom extract supplements. Products are distributed through direct-to-consumer channels, wholesale partnerships, and major eCommerce platforms including Amazon. The company operates a third-party fulfillment model for product distribution and maintains ten full-time employees.
Historically, Upexi has pursued acquisitions and divestitures in the consumer products space, including the purchase of VitaMedica, Interactive Offers, and Cygnet Online, with subsequent sales of VitaMedica and Interactive Offers. In December 2025, the company decided to shut down certain manufacturing and distribution centers supporting health and wellness products, completing this transition by February 2026. The company raised capital through private placements totaling $150 million in 2025 to fund its Solana treasury strategy.
