UTMD designs, manufactures, and distributes medical devices predominantly used in critical care settings, particularly neonatal intensive care units, labor and delivery departments, and women's health centers within hospitals, as well as outpatient clinics and physician offices. The company's product portfolio spans several therapeutic areas including fetal monitoring accessories, specialized labor and delivery tools, vacuum-assisted delivery systems, neonatal intensive care devices, gynecological and urological instruments, electrosurgery equipment, and pressure monitoring systems.
The company's major product lines include the INTRAN PLUS intrauterine pressure catheter system, the Filshie Clip System for tubal ligation, the LETZ electrosurgery system, neonatal catheters and feeding devices under the Gesco brand, the Deltran blood pressure monitoring system, and the Disposa-Hood respiratory hood for neonates. In 2025, Filshie Clip System sales represented 26 percent of total U.S. dollar-denominated sales, while products from four key acquisitions comprised 57 percent of consolidated sales.
