Vanda's commercial portfolio consists of four primary products. Fanapt® is an oral tablet approved for treating schizophrenia and acute manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder, generating $117.3 million in net sales during 2025. HETLIOZ® is available as capsules and an oral suspension for treating Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Disorder in blind adults and nighttime sleep disturbances in Smith-Magenis syndrome, with 2025 net sales of $71.4 million. PONVORY® tablets treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis and generated $27.4 million in 2025 net sales following the company's acquisition of U.S. and Canadian marketing rights from Janssen in December 2023. NEREUSTM capsules, approved in December 2025, prevent vomiting induced by motion.

The company's development pipeline includes multiple product candidates and additional indications for existing products. Notable programs include BysantiTM, the active metabolite of Fanapt®, for bipolar I disorder, schizophrenia, and major depressive disorder; extended formulations and new indications for HETLIOZ® including jet lag disorder, insomnia, and delayed sleep phase disorder; PONVORY® for psoriasis and ulcerative colitis; NEREUSTM for GLP-1 receptor agonist-induced nausea and vomiting and gastroparesis; imsidolimab for generalized pustular psoriasis; and various early-stage programs including VTR-297 for hematologic malignancies, CFTR modulators, and antisense oligonucleotide molecules for rare neurological and hematologic conditions.

Vanda leverages expertise in pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics to differentiate its products and employs rigorous project management across its research and development organization. The company relies on third-party manufacturers, contract research organizations, and specialty pharmacies to support its operations and commercial distribution.
