In the company’s own words
Vince Holding Corp. (NYSE: VHC) operates as a global luxury apparel and accessories retailer focused on the Vince brand of women's and men's ready-to-wear clothing. The company's website is www.vince.com.
The company generates revenue through two primary reportable segments: Vince Wholesale, which accounted for 55.2 percent of net sales, and Vince Direct-to-Consumer, representing 44.8 percent of net sales. The wholesale segment comprises sales to major department stores and specialty retailers in the United States and select international markets, while the direct-to-consumer segment includes company-operated retail and outlet stores alongside e-commerce operations.
As of January 31, 2026, Vince operated 55 retail locations consisting of 43 full-price stores and 12 outlet stores, supported by three distribution centers located in California, Hong Kong, and Belgium. The company employed 558 people, with 332 working in retail stores. Vince generates total net sales of approximately $300 million annually and maintains a significant wholesale relationship with Nordstrom, which represented 26 percent of fiscal 2025 net sales.
The Vince brand, established in 2002, is positioned as an everyday luxury label known for elevated yet understated design, quality cashmere and silk products, leather goods, and a diverse range of ready-to-wear apparel. The company designs products in the United States and sources manufacturing from over 40 manufacturers across 17 countries, with primary production in China, Vietnam, and Peru.
A significant corporate development occurred in May 2023 when the company sold its intellectual property assets related to the Vince brand to ABG Vince, a subsidiary of Authentic Brands Group, and simultaneously entered into a license agreement to operate the brand through fiscal 2032 with renewal options. In January 2025, P180 Vince Acquisition Co., a subsidiary of P180, Inc., acquired a majority stake in the company from Sun Capital Partners. The company previously operated the Rebecca Taylor and Parker brands but divested these intellectual property assets in 2022 and 2023 respectively, allowing management to concentrate exclusively on the Vince brand.
