The company operates through two reportable segments: Print and Other, which encompasses workplace solutions, production solutions, managed print services, capture and content services, customer engagement services, and financing offerings; and IT Solutions, which provides device lifecycle management, managed IT services, network and security solutions, and infrastructure and cloud solutions. www.xerox.com
The Print and Other segment includes entry-level and mid-range multifunction printers and digital presses, high-end production systems for graphic communications and in-plant printing, and a comprehensive suite of services leveraging the ConnectKey technology platform. The company's Xerox Financial Solutions business provides lease financing for equipment purchases through both direct and indirect channels. The IT Solutions segment, significantly expanded through the 2025 acquisition of ITsavvy and Lexmark International II, delivers integrated infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients across North America and Western Europe.
As of December 31, 2025, Xerox employed approximately 22,900 people, with roughly 9,400 in the United States and 13,500 internationally. The company maintains a global manufacturing network with major facilities in Webster, New York; Juarez, Mexico; and additional operations in Oregon, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
