Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index that measures the performance of large U.S. companies based on their fundamental size and weight.
The fund tracks the RAFI Fundamental High Liquidity US Large Index, which selects and weights large U.S. companies by fundamental measures of size—adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks—rather than market capitalization. The fund holds at least 90% of its assets in index constituents and generally replicates index weights, though it may deviate to manage odd-lots, taxes, or liquidity. Because the fund may weight individual stocks differently from the index when the adviser deems it beneficial, performance may diverge from the index.
