The company operates through two primary business segments: orthobiologics products and spinal implant fixation systems. Orthobiologics represent the core business, encompassing demineralized bone matrices, allografts, synthetic bone graft substitutes, and tissue-based products used across trauma, spine, foot and ankle, sports medicine, and wound care applications. Key orthobiologics brands include OsteoSponge, OsteoSelect, OsteoVive Plus, OsteoFactor Pro, the nanOss portfolio, FibreX, Trivium, SimpliGraft, SimpliMax, and CollagenX. The spinal fixation segment includes comprehensive systems for cervical, thoracolumbar, sacroiliac, and interbody applications, with product lines such as Spider Cervical Plating System, Streamline MIS and TL systems, Cortera Posterior Fixation System, Silex Sacroiliac Joint Fusion System, Calix interbody spacers, and Fortilink implants.
Xtant distributes products in the United States through an extensive network of over 670 independent sales agents and stocking agents, supported by direct employees. The company maintains national accounts programs providing access to integrated delivery networks and group purchasing organizations, with contracts from major GPOs including Vizient, Premier, and HealthTrust Purchasing Group. International distribution extends through partners in Europe, Canada, Mexico, South America, and select Pacific region countries.
The company holds ISO 13485 and MDSAP certification and maintains FDA registration as a manufacturer of human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products.
