Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks to provide a consistently high total return from a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities with risk characteristics similar to the Standard and Poors 500 Composite Stock Price Index (S&P 500 Index).
The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in the S&P 500 Index, modestly overweighting securities it considers undervalued or fairly valued relative to the index's sector weightings, and may use futures contracts to gain equity exposure from cash positions. Because the fund's returns depend on its security selections and valuations, which may diverge from index constituents, performance may differ from the S&P 500 Index. The adviser assesses environmental, social and governance factors as part of its research process but may hold securities negatively impacted by such factors or avoid those positively impacted.

| Stocks | 97.93% |
| Cash & short-term | 1.81% |

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
