Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares Core S&P U.S. Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit growth characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 900 Growth Index, which selects large- and mid-capitalization U.S. stocks exhibiting strong growth characteristics as measured by sales growth, earnings change relative to price, and momentum. The index applies a capping methodology that limits any single company to 23% weight and restricts companies above 4.8% weight to an aggregate 50% of the index. The fund uses representative sampling and may hold a subset of index constituents rather than all of them, which can cause tracking divergence. A significant portion of the index is concentrated in technology sector securities.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
