Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF, an exchange-traded share class of Vanguard Mega Cap Growth Index Fund (the Fund), seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of large-capitalization growth stocks in the United States.
The fund tracks the CRSP US Mega Cap Growth Index through full replication, holding all or substantially all index constituents in their target weights to measure the performance of large-capitalization growth stocks in the United States. Because the fund may become concentrated in particular issuers or industries as a result of index rebalancing or market movement, performance may diverge from the index during such events.
