Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

Columbia Overseas Value Fund (the Fund) seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of foreign companies with market capitalizations exceeding $1 billion, selecting value companies identified either as constituents of the MSCI ACWI ex USA Value Index or by screening for higher book-to-price ratios, higher EBITDA-to-enterprise-value, or lower price-to-earnings ratios relative to sector medians. The fund typically holds securities across at least three countries and may allocate up to 20% to emerging markets. Because the fund's selection criteria depend on the characteristics of individual securities relative to their sectors, performance may diverge from the benchmark index.
