Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Global X Uranium ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Global Uranium & Nuclear Components Total Return Index (the "Underlying Index").

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Solactive Global Uranium & Nuclear Components Total Return Index using a replication strategy, holding securities of companies engaged in uranium mining, exploration, refining, equipment manufacturing, nuclear technology, and nuclear reactor production, weighted by modified effective market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified and may invest a larger percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. Because the fund may use representative sampling when replication is impractical or costly, its performance may diverge from the index.
