Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq-100 Index (the Underlying Index).
The fund tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index using full replication, holding all 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on Nasdaq in proportion to their index weights, which are capped at 24% each under a modified market-capitalization methodology. The fund is non-diversified and therefore not required to meet diversification requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Because the fund holds all index constituents, its returns will track the index before fees and expenses.
