Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks current income while maintaining prospects for capital appreciation.
The fund builds a portfolio of equity securities significantly drawn from the Nasdaq-100 Index and complements them with equity-linked notes that embed short call options on the index or related exchange-traded funds, generating income from option premiums while capping upside at the exercise price plus premium received. This covered call structure is designed to reduce volatility relative to the benchmark and provide monthly distributions, though realized returns will lag the index when it rises above the strike prices. The fund invests in a non-diversified portfolio of securities.
