Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
Long-term capital growth, consistent with Islamic principles.
The fund invests primarily in common stocks selected for Islamic compliance and sustainable characteristics, using a proprietary scoring system that assesses environmental, social, and governance practices relative to industry and sector peers, while excluding companies in fossil fuel exploration, production, or refining and other sectors prohibited by Islamic principles. The fund holds at least 80% of assets in common stocks and invests up to 20% through a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary to gain exposure to murabaha and wakala investments, which are Islamic income-producing instruments structured around profit-sharing rather than interest payments. Because security selection depends on the adviser's sustainability assessments and Islamic screening, fund holdings will differ from any benchmark.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 2.17pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.43pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
