Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Funds investment objective is to provide income and long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in large-cap and mid-cap U.S. stocks selected for above-average dividend yield combined with potential for dividend growth, using bottom-up fundamental analysis of balance sheet strength, earnings growth, and cash flow durability. The fund maintains at least 80% of assets in dividend-paying securities and may hold foreign stocks and real estate investment trusts. Because security selection depends on the adviser's assessment of dividend growth potential alongside current yield, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark index.
