Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

First Eagle Global Fund (Global Fund or the Fund) seeks long-term growth of capital by investing in a range of asset classes from markets in the United States and throughout the world.

Strategy · summarised

The fund pursues a value strategy, seeking securities trading at a discount to intrinsic value—defined as what a prudent buyer would pay in cash for the entire company—with deeper discounts required for businesses under stress. It invests across all market capitalizations in U.S. and foreign equities, debt instruments without credit or maturity constraints, and precious metals; it normally allocates at least 40% of assets to foreign investments, or 30% in less favorable markets. The fund obtains some exposure through a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary, which may hold up to 25% of total assets and invests primarily in gold bullion, other precious metals, and related futures contracts. Because investment decisions rest on the manager's judgment of intrinsic value, returns depend on the accuracy of those assessments.
