Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

Capital appreciation, which may occasionally be short term. The secondary goal is income.

Strategy · summarised

The fund employs fundamental value analysis to select undervalued U.S. and foreign equity securities across market capitalizations, focusing on cash flow potential, earnings multiples, and book value; it may also invest in merger arbitrage and distressed debt, and can hedge currency and market risks using derivatives. The fund may invest up to 100% in foreign securities and up to 25% in emerging markets. Because security selection depends on the investment manager's analysis of fundamental value with no preset criteria, performance will diverge from any benchmark.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
