What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The Funds investment objective is to seek total return.

Strategy, summarised

The fund is a fund of funds that invests primarily in other Invesco-advised funds across equity, fixed-income, and alternative strategies, allocating roughly 70–85% to equity funds and the remainder flexibly to fixed-income and alternative funds; the adviser uses a three-step process to select underlying funds, determine target weightings, and monitor allocations, and may adjust allocations tactically through futures and derivatives to exploit temporary market opportunities. Because the fund's returns depend on the selection and performance of underlying funds chosen by the adviser, performance will diverge from any benchmark by the amount the adviser's picks and weightings diverge from it. The fund invests through other funds rather than holding securities directly, and shares are redeemable only on the periodic terms the fund establishes, not on demand.
