Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Funds investment objective is to seek capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in small- and mid-cap equities of companies domiciled or operating outside the United States, selected through bottom-up fundamental analysis that emphasizes conservative balance sheets, consistent returns, and competitive positioning within growing industries. The fund maintains at least 65% of assets in foreign securities and at least 80% in equity securities matching the market-capitalization range of the MSCI ACWI ex USA SMID Cap Index. Because the fund's holdings depend on the portfolio managers' evaluation of individual issuers rather than index replication, performance may diverge from the index.
