Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Invesco PHLX Semiconductor ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the PHLX Semiconductor Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the PHLX Semiconductor Index, a modified market-capitalization weighted index of the 30 largest U.S.-listed semiconductor companies, by holding all index constituents in their index weights through full replication. The fund is non-diversified and concentrates more than 25% of its assets in semiconductor industry securities, creating risk of significant losses if the largest holdings decline. Because the fund holds all index constituents proportionally, its returns will track the index before fees and expenses.
