Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Funds investment objective is to seek total return.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in income-producing master limited partnerships and similar instruments engaged in the transportation, storage, processing, and marketing of natural resources, with a focus on midstream energy infrastructure; the adviser selects holdings through fundamental analysis of business quality, cash flow growth, distribution stability, and management strength, typically favoring higher-yielding securities. Because the fund is non-diversified, it may hold a limited number of issuers, concentrating risk in a small group of energy sector companies.

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
