Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The iShares MSCI USA Momentum Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher price momentum.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the MSCI USA Momentum SR Variant Index, which selects 125 large- and mid-cap U.S. stocks with the highest risk-adjusted price momentum over 6- and 12-month periods, weighted by momentum score and market capitalization with a 5% individual cap. The fund uses representative sampling and may hold fewer than all index constituents, so its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates its holdings in the same industries as the index, which as of July 2025 includes significant weights in consumer goods and services, financials, and technology.
