Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. equities in the home construction sector.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Dow Jones U.S. Select Home Construction Index using representative sampling, holding a portfolio of securities with similar investment characteristics to the index rather than all its constituents. Because the fund may not hold all index components, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates its holdings in home construction, building materials, furnishings, and home improvement retail to the same extent as the underlying index, with building materials and home improvement retailers capped at 35% of index weight.
