Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares U.S. Transportation ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. equities in the transportation sector.
The fund tracks the S&P Transportation Select Industry FMC Capped Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of securities with similar investment and fundamental characteristics to the index rather than all constituents. Because the fund may not hold all index securities, its returns may diverge from the index. The index applies a capping methodology at quarterly rebalance to limit any single issuer to 22.5% and constrain aggregate weight of issuers exceeding 4.5% to a maximum of 45%.
