Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The investment objective of the Fund is to seek an attractive total return comprised of income from dividends and long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in dividend-paying common stocks and preferred securities, with a sub-adviser conducting bottom-up fundamental analysis to identify high-quality companies based on business model strength, financial position, earnings growth, return on equity, management quality, dividend growth potential, valuation, and shareholder cash returns. The fund may hold small-, mid-, and large-cap stocks and up to 25% in non-U.S. dollar-denominated equities. Because the fund concentrates on higher-dividend-yield sectors to meet its income objective, it may hold a greater exposure to those sectors than the broad equity market.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
