Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The PRIMECAP Odyssey Growth Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests in U.S. common stocks selected through bottom-up fundamental research for above-average earnings growth potential, with no constraint on sector weightings or market capitalizations, and may hold substantial foreign securities. The Advisor seeks companies expected to outperform the S&P 500 over three to five years, identifying catalysts such as new products, management changes, or shifts in industry dynamics, and sells when valuations appear stretched or investment theses no longer hold. Because the fund's sector and capitalization positioning may diverge significantly from the S&P 500, returns will differ from the index.
