Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The State Street SPDR S&P Global Natural Resources ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks publicly-traded companies in natural resources and/or commodities businesses.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P Global Natural Resources Index, which comprises 90 of the largest publicly traded companies in agriculture, energy, and metals and mining businesses, weighted by float-adjusted market capitalization with a 5% single-stock cap. The Adviser may hold a subset of Index securities or substantially all of them, depending on asset size and other factors, and may use futures contracts to manage cash flows. Because the fund employs a sampling strategy rather than holding all Index constituents in exact proportions, its returns may diverge from the Index.
