Retail weighing solutions comprise approximately 5 percent of net sales. Service offerings, representing approximately 25 percent of total net sales, include service contracts, on-demand services, and replacement parts.

The company maintains a geographically diversified revenue base with 42 percent of 2025 net sales from North and South America, 29 percent from Europe, and 29 percent from Asia and other countries. Mettler-Toledo operates approximately 18,100 employees globally, including approximately 6,200 in Europe, 5,200 in North and South America, and 6,700 in Asia and other countries. The company maintains manufacturing facilities principally located in China, Switzerland, the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, with a direct presence in approximately 40 countries and products sold in more than 140 countries.
