AMN Healthcare empowers healthcare organizations through a comprehensive suite of workforce staffing, talent optimization, and technology-enabled solutions. The company serves hospitals, health systems, physician groups, rehabilitation centers, schools, and other healthcare facilities across all fifty states, with the largest revenue concentrations in California, New York, and Texas. Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and its affiliates represent approximately twenty-two percent of consolidated revenue, while no other single client comprises more than five percent.
The company operates through three reportable segments. The nurse and allied solutions segment provides temporary and permanent staffing across nursing specialties, allied health professions, revenue cycle solutions, and crisis staffing. The physician and leadership solutions segment offers locum tenens staffing, permanent physician placement, interim executive and clinical leadership staffing, and executive search services. The technology and workforce solutions segment includes managed services programs, vendor management systems, language interpretation services, and recruitment process outsourcing.
AMN Healthcare maintains a network of thousands of healthcare professionals recruited under brands including AMN Healthcare, Nursefinders, O'Grady Peyton International, Connetics, and B.E. Smith. The company employs approximately 2,664 corporate team members across offices in Dallas, San Diego, Boca Raton, and Atlanta. During the fourth quarter of 2025, the company engaged an average of 8,722 nurses and allied professionals, 234 executive and clinical leadership interim staff, and 2,670 medically qualified interpreters.
