The company maintains its website at www.cushmanwakefield.com and employs approximately 53,000 people across more than 350 offices in nearly 60 countries, managing approximately 6.5 billion square feet of commercial real estate globally.
The company generates revenue through four primary service lines. Services, representing 66 percent of revenue, encompasses property management, facilities management, facilities services and project management, with many contracts being multi-year and recurring in nature. Leasing, accounting for 21 percent of revenue, includes owner representation and tenant representation services. Capital markets, representing 8 percent of revenue, involves representing buyers and sellers in purchase and sale transactions and arranging financing. Valuation and other services comprise 5 percent of revenue and include appraisal management, investment management, valuation advisory and dispute analysis.
Geographically, the Americas segment generates 73 percent of revenue, EMEA contributes 10 percent, and Asia Pacific represents 17 percent. The United States is the largest single country market, representing 69 percent of total revenue.
