The Corporate Finance segment, representing 41 percent of consolidated revenues, focuses on transactions, transformation services, and turnaround and restructuring advisory. The Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment contributes 20 percent of revenues and provides multidisciplinary services including construction and environmental solutions, data analytics, dispute advisory, healthcare risk management, and risk investigations. Economic Consulting generates 19 percent of revenues through antitrust and competition economics, financial economics, and international arbitration services, including through its subsidiary Compass Lexecon. The Technology segment accounts for 10 percent of revenues and delivers AI-powered solutions for blockchain and digital assets, information governance, privacy and security, investigations, litigation support, and M&A and antitrust matters. Strategic Communications comprises 10 percent of revenues and develops communications strategies for corporate reputation management, financial communications, and public affairs.
