(Nasdaq: DRS) provides defense technology to U.S. national security customers and allied defense forces, designing, developing, manufacturing and integrating sensing, network computing, force protection, and electric power and propulsion systems. Its customers include the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force and other government agencies, as well as foreign governments and commercial buyers; the U.S. government accounted for 80% of revenue in 2025. The company reports two segments: Advanced Sensing and Computing, which supplies electro-optical and infrared sensors, radar, electronic warfare systems and rugged tactical computing; and Integrated Mission Systems, which provides naval power conversion, control, distribution and propulsion systems, along with vehicle-based air defense, counter-drone and protection systems. Its technologies serve land, air, sea, space and cyber applications, including submarine, ship and ground-vehicle platforms. Leonardo DRS has a more than 55-year history in defense technology and is indirectly majority-owned by Leonardo S.p.A.
