Live Nation promoted approximately 55,000 events in 2025 and distributed 646 million tickets through its systems. The company owns, operates, or has equity interests in 460 venues globally, including prestigious locations such as the Hollywood Palladium, Moody Center, and Brooklyn Bowl, positioning it as the second-largest music venue operator worldwide.

Liberty Live's subsidiary Quint provides premium sports and entertainment experiences, offering ticket-inclusive hospitality packages and curated multi-day experiential offerings. Quint partners with major rights holders including Formula 1, MotoGP, Churchill Downs, and the NBA, generating revenue from premium experience packages that bundle tickets with accommodations, transportation, and personalized services.

The company maintains a global footprint with operations across 51 countries and employs approximately 830 people in its sponsorship sales force alone. Liberty Live holds director nomination rights for Live Nation's board and operates under governance agreements with Liberty Media that include shared services arrangements for legal, tax, accounting, and treasury support.
