Range Resources Corporation (NYSE: RRC) is an independent producer that explores for, develops and acquires natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and oil properties, primarily in Pennsylvania’s Marcellus Shale. It sells natural gas to utilities, marketers, midstream companies and industrial users; NGLs to petrochemical companies, refiners, marketers and processors; and oil to processors, transporters, refiners and marketing companies. The company operates principally in Pennsylvania, where substantially all its reserves and production are located, and has interests in the Marcellus, Utica/Point Pleasant and Upper Devonian formations. It reports a single business focused on exploration, development and production. At year-end 2025, Range had estimated proved reserves of 18.1 trillion cubic feet equivalent and averaged 2.24 billion cubic feet equivalent of daily production during the year. It had 1,579 gross operating producing wells and approximately 879,000 gross acres under lease in the Marcellus as of December 31, 2025. As of January 1, 2026, it employed 564 full-time workers.
