The company provides comprehensive beverage solutions including coffee sourcing, supply chain management, product development, roasting, packaging, and distribution services. Westrock serves the retail, food service and restaurant, convenience store and travel center, non-commercial account, consumer packaged goods, and hospitality industries globally. The company's product portfolio encompasses whole bean and roast-and-ground coffee, single-serve cups, food service and retail tea, extract-based products, and ready-to-drink bottle and can beverages. Liquid extracts represent the company's highest-growth product category, driven by increasing consumer demand for cold brew, iced coffee, and ready-to-drink offerings.
Westrock operates through two reportable segments: Beverage Solutions, which combines product innovation and customer insights to provide value-added beverage solutions across multiple packaging formats, and Sustainable Sourcing & Traceability, which utilizes proprietary technology and digitally traceable supply chains to improve farmer livelihoods while generating revenues from commodity contracts related to forward sales of green coffee.
