The company operates through two primary product families: silicon carbide materials including bare wafers and epitaxial wafers, and power devices such as Schottky diodes, MOSFETs, and power modules. These products serve automotive applications including electric vehicles and fast charging infrastructure, as well as industrial and energy sectors encompassing AI data centers, grid modernization, renewable energy storage, and aerospace and defense markets.
The company maintains manufacturing facilities in North Carolina, New York, and Arkansas, complemented by contract manufacturers with captive production lines for certain fabrication, assembly, and packaging operations.
