Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares Russell 1000 Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit growth characteristics.
The fund tracks the Russell 1000 Growth Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of securities with investment characteristics similar to the index rather than all constituents. Because the fund may not hold all index securities, its returns may diverge from the index it seeks to track. The underlying index selects large- and mid-cap U.S. equities with higher price-to-book ratios, forecasted growth, and sales-per-share growth, and applies a capping methodology that limits any single company to 22.5% of index weight and restricts companies above 4.5% weight to 45% in aggregate.
