Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares Russell Top 200 Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit growth characteristics.
The fund tracks the Russell Top 200 Growth Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of securities with investment characteristics similar to the index rather than all constituents. The index selects the largest U.S. companies with higher price-to-book ratios, sales growth, and forecasted growth, and caps individual holdings at 22.5% and aggregate holdings above 4.5% at 45% of index weight. Because the fund samples rather than fully replicates the index, its returns may diverge from the index it seeks to track.
