The Invesco S&P 500 Momentum ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500 Momentum Index (the Underlying Index).
The fund tracks the S&P 500 Momentum Index through full replication, holding all approximately 100 constituent stocks weighted by market capitalization multiplied by their momentum score, which is derived from 12-month price change adjusted for volatility. Because the fund is non-diversified, it is not required to meet diversification requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Concentration in any single industry reflects only the index's own concentration in that industry.
