What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The Fund seeks long-term total return, consisting of capital appreciation and current income.

Strategy, summarised

The fund pursues long-term total return through a top-down macroeconomic approach, first identifying attractive sectors and industries, then selecting equity and debt securities of companies with sustainable competitive advantages, strong management, and financial flexibility. The portfolio targets 70% to 90% in equities and 10% to 30% in debt, with up to 30% in below-investment-grade corporate debt and up to 25% in foreign securities. Holdings are sold when valuations reach targets, fundamentals deteriorate, or more attractive opportunities emerge. Because security selection depends on the portfolio manager's assessment of economic conditions and company fundamentals, fund performance will diverge from broad market returns.
