Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Amplify CWP Enhanced Dividend Income ETF seeks to provide a high level of risk -adjusted total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation.
The fund invests in approximately 20 to 25 large-cap dividend-paying stocks selected from the S&P 500, with active sector allocation and screening for companies with histories of increasing dividends and strong fundamentals. It opportunistically writes covered call options on these holdings to generate additional income from premiums. Because the fund is non-diversified and concentrates in a small number of issuers, performance depends heavily on the success of those individual picks. The covered call strategy caps gains beyond the strike price of sold options in exchange for premium income.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
