What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The investment objective of the Portfolio is to obtain the highest potential total return consistent with its specified level of risk tolerance.

Strategy, summarised

The fund is a fund of funds that allocates approximately 75% to equity strategies (domestic and international) and 25% to fixed income strategies through underlying pooled investment vehicles selected by the manager. Day-to-day allocation decisions are delegated to PGIM Quantitative Solutions, which adjusts a neutral allocation based on macroeconomic and market assessments. An overlay strategy using derivatives and cash manages liquidity and rebalances exposures across equity and fixed income benchmarks. Because the fund's weights in underlying portfolios are adjusted based on the subadviser's forward-looking views rather than fixed to an index, actual allocations may diverge from the stated neutral targets.
