Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The fund seeks capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in stocks selected through quantitative and fundamental research by its sub-adviser, Newton Investment Management North America, LLC, using a bottom-up approach that emphasizes value, sound business fundamentals, and positive momentum. The fund may hold up to 30% of net assets in foreign securities. The sub-adviser typically sells a stock when it identifies a more attractive alternative, when valuation becomes excessive, or when fundamentals deteriorate, such as loss of competitive advantage or weakening capital structure. Active and frequent trading may increase portfolio turnover.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 10.11pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 2.02pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
