Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Brown Advisory Sustainable Growth Fund (the Fund) seeks to achieve capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of medium and large capitalization domestic companies that demonstrate strong financial fundamentals, sustainable business advantages—defined as internal strategies that improve financial position through revenue growth, cost improvements, or enhanced franchise value—and attractive valuations. The fund may also hold up to 15% in foreign securities including emerging markets and may invest in real estate investment trusts. Because the fund's returns depend on the Adviser's selection of companies meeting these criteria, performance will diverge from broad market indexes.
