Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

Long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks securities trading at substantial discounts to the portfolio managers' assessment of intrinsic value, which they estimate using discounted cash flow analysis, return on capital relative to cost of capital, comparable private market valuations, and replication costs. The fund typically focuses on companies with market capitalizations above $5 billion but may invest in any size company, including foreign and emerging market issuers. Because security selection depends on the portfolio managers' valuation judgments, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark based on those judgments' accuracy.
