Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Eventide Gilead Fund (the ?Gilead Fund? or the ?Fund?) seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in equities across all market capitalizations, both domestic and international, selected through a proprietary faith-based screening process that evaluates companies for integrity, fair treatment of stakeholders, environmental stewardship, and alignment with Christian values including respect for life and freedom from addictive behaviors. The screening methodology also considers financial strength and outlook alongside these values-based criteria. The fund may hold up to 15% in illiquid investments and may use options strategies to generate income or manage risk. Because the fund's eligible investment universe is constrained by faith-based screens rather than broad market representation, its holdings and performance may diverge meaningfully from the overall equity market.
